TEEN TRUTH: SIMPLE TRUTH – CREATING OUR IDEAL LIFE

“Life is too short to wait to live” – Unknown
If you could create your ideal life, what would it look like?
It’s a question that many of us don’t take too much time to think about. We’re so busy with our daily lives that we rarely give ourselves the chance to really imagine in detail what we want the future, both near and far, to bring. But if we don’t know what our ideal life looks like, we’ll never be able to achieve it!
There are a lot of distractions and hurdles – some of us believe that life is something that happens to us, rather than something we actively create. Even worse, we often think that we just don’t deserve anything better. Overcoming the excuses, the negative voices in our heads and the social messaging that tells us our dreams are unrealistic is a challenge, but a little determination and creativity go a long way!
Make a list, write a short story, draw a picture or make a vision board with magazine images that describes your ideal life. Put it in a place where you’ll see it everyday as a reminder of the life you envision and want to create. Take the time to DREAM IT and you’ll be on your way to becoming the architect of your reality!
