SCHOOL SAFETY ROADSHOW: 2 DAY TRAINING & COMMUNITY PROGRAM

THE SCHOOL SAFETY ROADSHOW is a program designed to unite district, school, and community stakeholders in order to develop connected school environments. This unique 2-day event, the result of a partnership with The California Association of Directors of Activities (CADA), provides insight, training and real tools that will enable educators to foster safer school communities by uniting their students.

Day 1 features the award winning TEEN TRUTH LIVE: BULLY & SCHOOL VIOLENCE experience, a sixty (60) minute panel discussion highlighting experienced community leaders and valuable insight from local resources. In addition, each attendee is given a customized SCHOOL SAFTEY ROAD MAP that provides a blueprint to build a safer school.

Day 2 focuses on a Leadership Development Day for activities directors and key student leaders who participated in Day 1. The curriculum centers on skills related to team-building, effective communication, experiential learning, and attracting students to leadership.

Studies prove that schools with connected students are safer, have higher test scores, lower dropout rates, and are more efficient learning environments.
